From your current location in Cicero, head to the Cicero Pink Line station. Board the Pink Line train heading towards 54th/Cermak. Ride the train until you reach the 18th stop at Damen station. Transfer to the Blue Line train towards O'Hare at the Damen station. After boarding, ride for 6 stops and get off at the Washington station. From the Washington station, walk east on Washington St towards Wacker Dr. Turn right onto S Wacker Dr, and you will see Skydeck Chicago located at 233 S Wacker Dr.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can take a bus. Find the nearest bus stop and catch the #54 Cicero bus heading north. Get off at the Kedzie station to transfer to the Pink Line. Continue your journey on the Pink Line as described above until you reach the Washington station, then walk to Skydeck Chicago.
