To get to Soldier Field from Cicero, first walk to the Cicero Pink Line station. Board a train heading towards 18th Ave. After about 15 minutes, transfer at the 18th station to the #12 bus. Board the bus heading towards the 'Chicago & 18th' stop. Ride for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the 'Michigan & 18th' stop. From there, walk north on Michigan Ave for about 10 minutes.
