Public Bus
From Cicero, head to the nearest bus stop on Cermak Rd. Take the #20 bus towards the city (direction of 5th Ave). Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the Kedzie stop. At Kedzie, transfer to the #49 bus towards the city (direction of Western). Stay on the #49 for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Addison stop. From there, walk west on Addison St for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Wrigley Field located at 1060 W Addison St.

From Cicero, walk to the nearest Metro station at 54th/Cermak on the Pink Line. Take the Pink Line train towards 18th, and ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the Polk stop. Transfer to the Blue Line at Polk Station by walking a short distance to the Damen stop (which is the next one). Take the Blue Line towards O'Hare and get off at the Addison stop. From the Addison station, walk east on Addison St for about 5 minutes to reach Wrigley Field at 1060 W Addison St.
