If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest city in the Driftless Area, such as La Crosse, WI. Take I-90 E and then merge onto WI-35 N. Continue on WI-35 N for about 30 miles until you reach Stockholm, WI. Once in Stockholm, turn onto Long Ln. Follow Long Ln for approximately 1 mile, and you will find the Maiden Rock Bluff State Natural Area on your left.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from La Crosse to Stockholm. Check the schedule for the Coulee Transit or other local bus services that operate in the area. Once you arrive in Stockholm, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach Maiden Rock Bluff State Natural Area. It is advisable to use a mapping app for the best walking route from the bus stop to Long Ln.

If you prefer biking, there are bike paths along WI-35 N. You can start from La Crosse and cycle north. The ride is scenic, taking approximately 2 hours, depending on your pace.
