    If you are starting from Evanston's downtown area, head east on Davis Street towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach Sheridan Road. Turn left onto Sheridan Road and walk north. Dawes Park will be on your right at 1700 Sheridan Rd. The park is located near the lakefront, so you will also get a scenic view of Lake Michigan as you approach.
