Start in Ferne Clyffe State Park. Head northwest on Ferne Clyffe Rd toward IL-37 S. Turn left onto IL-37 S and continue for approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto Giant City Rd and follow it for about 2 miles. Giant City State Park will be on your left at 235 Giant City Rd, Makanda, IL 62958. Be aware that there may be parking fees at the park entrance.
