From the main parking area of Ferne Clyffe State Park, look for the park's visitor center or trail signs directing you towards Tacoma Lake Rd. Walk along the designated park trails until you come to Tacoma Lake Rd. Once on Tacoma Lake Rd, continue walking until you see the entrance to Rocky Bluff Trail on your left. This walk is approximately 1.5 miles and should take about 30-40 minutes.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike at nearby locations before arriving at Ferne Clyffe State Park. Once at the park, follow the same route as for walking. Use the park trails to reach Tacoma Lake Rd, then bike along Tacoma Lake Rd until you reach the entrance to Rocky Bluff Trail.
