If you're traveling by car along the Great River Road, head towards Bethalto, Illinois. From the north, take I-55 S towards St. Louis. Merge onto I-270 W and then onto IL-111 S. Continue on IL-111 S until you reach Bethalto. Once in Bethalto, turn onto E Central St, where the Bethalto Arboretum is located. Look for parking near the arboretum entrance, which is free.
