If you are driving from anywhere in the Illinois Ozarks, head towards Prairie Du Rocher. From the center of Prairie Du Rocher, take IL-155 W for about 5 miles. Continue on IL-155 W until you reach a fork in the road, then keep left to stay on IL-155 W. After about 1 mile, turn right onto a gravel road that leads to Fogelpole Cave Nature Preserve. There is no entrance fee, but be sure to bring your own lighting as the cave is a natural system.
