Public Transit - Bus
From downtown Joliet, walk to the Joliet Transit Center located at 200 W. Jefferson St. Take the Pace Route 835 bus towards Chicago. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the stop at 55th St. & Kedzie Ave. in Chicago. From there, transfer to the CTA Green Line train at the Kedzie station. Take the train towards Ashland and get off at the Washington Park stop. Exit the station, and Washington Park will be directly in front of you.

Public Transit - Train
From Joliet Union Station located at 200 E. Jefferson St., take the Metra Rock Island Line train towards Chicago. The train ride will take about 50 minutes. Get off at the 35th St. & Archer Ave. station. From there, walk east to the Kedzie Green Line station. Board the Green Line train towards Ashland and get off at the Washington Park stop. Washington Park will be right nearby as you exit the station.
