From Matthiessen State Park, get onto IL-71 E from the park entrance. Follow IL-71 E for about 6 miles. Turn left onto IL-23 N and continue for about 3 miles. Turn right onto E Marquette St, and then take a left onto Courtney St. Allen Park will be on your right at 400 Courtney Street, Ottawa, IL 61350. Parking is available at the park entrance.

From Matthiessen State Park, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to the nearest bus station in Ottawa. Once you reach the Ottawa Transits bus station, take the bus route that goes towards downtown Ottawa. Get off at the stop nearest to Courtney Street. From there, it’s a short walk to Allen Park located at 400 Courtney Street. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited.
