Car
From Matthiessen State Park, exit the park and turn left onto IL-178 N. Continue on IL-178 N for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with IL-6 N. Turn left onto IL-6 N and drive for about 1 mile. You'll see signs for North Utica. Continue straight, and the Utica War Memorial will be on your right at the intersection of N. Clark St. and E. Main St. There is no parking fee at the memorial.
