If you're traveling by car, head towards Elmhurst, IL. From Metro East, take I-55 N and merge onto I-290 W. Continue on I-290 W for about 17 miles. Take exit 16B for IL-83 N toward Elmhurst. Merge onto IL-83 N and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit toward 22nd St/Butterfield Rd and merge onto S 22nd St. Continue onto S York St, then turn left onto E Park Ave. The Elmhurst History Museum will be on your right at 120 E Park Ave. Be aware that parking may be available on the street or in nearby lots, and may incur costs depending on the time and location.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a MetroLink train from any station in the Metro East area to the Forest Park station. From Forest Park, transfer to the Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Get off at the Elmhurst stop. From there, you can take a local bus or a rideshare service to the museum. To reach the museum from the Elmhurst train station, walk east on W 1st St, then turn left onto S York St. Continue until you reach E Park Ave, then turn right.
