After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 'Cicero & Chicago Ave'. From there, transfer to the CTA Green Line at the Kedzie station. Ride the train for about 20 minutes and get off at the 'Harlem Green Line' station. Finally, transfer to the CTA bus #7 towards 'Loop' and get off at Chicago Ave & Oak Park Ave. The Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio will be a short walk from there, located at 951 Chicago Ave.
Train
From the Oak Lawn Metra Station, take the Metra SouthWest Service towards Chicago Union Station. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Harlem Avenue' station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk to the nearby CTA Green Line station at 'Harlem & Lake'. Take the Green Line train towards 'Ashland' and ride for about 15 minutes.
