Public Transit - Bus
From Oak Lawn, head to the Oak Lawn Metra Station. Take the Metra train on the SouthWest Service line towards Union Station. Get off at the Union Station stop. Once you arrive at Union Station, follow the signs to the 'L' train. Take the Pink Line towards 54th/Cermak. Get off at the Damen stop and transfer to the 18 bus towards 35th/Archer. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 23rd and Martin Luther King Dr. Walk about 5 minutes to reach McCormick Place at 2301 S Martin Luther King Dr.
Public Transit - Train
Start at the Oak Lawn Metra Station. Board the Metra train on the SouthWest Service line towards Union Station. Once you arrive at Union Station, switch to the 'L' train. Take the Blue Line towards O'Hare. Get off at the Damen stop, and then transfer to the 18 bus towards 35th/Archer. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 23rd and Martin Luther King Dr. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to McCormick Place located at 2301 S Martin Luther King Dr.
Walking
If you are already in Oak Lawn and prefer walking, head towards the nearest bus or train station. Alternatively, if you're near the Oak Lawn library, walk north on Cicero Ave until you reach the 95th Street bus stop. From there, board the 95 bus towards the Pulaski Orange Line station. Get off at the Pulaski stop and switch to the Orange Line train towards Midway. Once you reach the State/Lake stop, transfer to the Red Line and continue to 35th/Archer. From there, catch the 18 bus to reach 23rd and Martin Luther King Dr. Walk the remaining distance to McCormick Place.
