Getting There

  • Public Transit - Train

    From downtown Palatine, walk to the Palatine Metra Station located at 137 W Wood St. Catch a train on the Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Ensure you board the correct train to avoid going in the opposite direction. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes, and disembark at the Logan Square station. Once you exit the station, you’ll be in the heart of Logan Square, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and parks.

  • Public Transit - Bus

    From any point in Palatine, find a nearby bus stop for the Pace bus service. Look for Bus Route 696, which runs towards the nearby Metra stations. Take the bus to the nearest Metra station, such as the Arlington Heights or Mount Prospect station. From there, transfer to the Union Pacific Northwest Line train heading towards Chicago. After about 30 minutes, get off at Logan Square. Upon exiting, you will find yourself in the Logan Square neighborhood.

  • Walking

    If you are staying close to downtown Palatine, you can simply enjoy a scenic walk. Head south on N Brockway St, then take a left onto W Wood St. Continue until you reach S Plum Grove Rd, and follow this road as it turns into Route 53 for about 1.5 miles. You can then take a right onto Rand Rd and continue walking until you reach the nearest public transportation access point to catch a bus toward Logan Square.
