From Palatine, head to the nearest bus stop that services the Pace bus routes. You can take the Pace Route 696 towards Arlington Heights. Once you reach the Arlington Heights Metra station, transfer to the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Get off at the 'Clybourn' station. From there, you can catch the CTA Bus #73 (Armitage) going east. Get off at the stop at N Burling St & W Armitage Ave. Walk south on Burling St for about 2 blocks and you will reach Oz Park, located at 2021 N Burling St.
Bike Rental
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike shop in Palatine. Make your way to the nearest bike path and follow the path towards the Metra station. Use the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago. Once you get off at 'Clybourn', bike south on N Ashland Ave, then turn east onto W Armitage Ave. Continue until you reach N Burling St, then head south on Burling St for a couple of blocks to arrive at Oz Park.
Walking
If you are up for a longer walk, you can start from downtown Palatine. Head south on N Bothwell St until you reach E Dundee Rd, then turn right and continue until you reach the Metra station. Catch the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line towards Chicago and get off at 'Clybourn' station. From there, walk south to W Armitage Ave, then walk east until you reach N Burling St. Head south on Burling St for 2 blocks to arrive at Oz Park.
