From anywhere in Palatine, head to the Palatine Metra Station located at 137 W Wood St. Take the Union Pacific Northwest Line train towards Chicago. The trains run frequently, but it's a good idea to check the schedule. Get off at the 'Ogilvie Transportation Center' station in Chicago, which is the last stop. From Ogilvie, follow the signs to the exit.

Once you exit Ogilvie Transportation Center, walk southeast on W Adams St towards S Canal St. Continue straight until you reach S Wacker Dr. Turn right onto S Wacker Dr and walk about 0.3 miles. Skydeck Chicago will be on your left at 233 S Wacker Dr.

After arriving at Ogilvie Transportation Center, you can take the CTA bus #126 (Jackson) from the bus stop nearby. Board the bus heading towards the 'Jackson & Wacker' stop, which will take you close to the Skydeck. Get off at the 'Jackson & Wacker' bus stop, and walk a short distance to 233 S Wacker Dr.
