If you are starting from downtown Peoria, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main St. and catch Peoria Transit Route 10 (North) towards Peoria Heights. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of North Forest Park Dr. and E. Moss Ave. From there, walk east on E. Moss Ave. until you reach the entrance of Forest Park Nature Center, which is located at 5809 N Forest Park Dr. The entrance will be on your left.

If you are in the vicinity of the Peoria Riverfront, you can walk to Forest Park Nature Center. Head north along the riverfront trails until you reach the intersection with North University St. Turn left (west) onto University St. and continue walking until you reach E. Moss Ave. Turn right (east) on E. Moss Ave. and follow it to North Forest Park Dr. The entrance to Forest Park Nature Center will be on your left at 5809 N Forest Park Dr.
