If you're starting from downtown Peoria, head to the nearest bus stop and take the CityLink bus route. Look for the 'CityLink' bus that stops at the downtown transit hub. Ride the bus towards the 'North' direction. You will want to stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, until you reach the stop at 'NE Glen Oak Ave & E McClure Ave'. Once you get off the bus, walk east on E McClure Ave for about half a block until you reach NE Glen Oak Ave. Turn left onto NE Glen Oak Ave and continue walking for about 3 blocks until you see the John C. Flanagan House Museum at 942 NE Glen Oak Ave.
Walking
If you are already near the Peoria Riverfront, you can walk to the John C. Flanagan House Museum. Start by heading north on Water Street, then turn left onto E Washington St. Walk until you reach NE Glen Oak Ave. Turn right on NE Glen Oak Ave, and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The museum will be on your left at 942 NE Glen Oak Ave.
Bicycle
For those cycling around Peoria, head towards the Peoria Riverfront bike paths. Follow the bike path north along the river until you reach the intersection of E Washington St and NE Glen Oak Ave. Turn right onto NE Glen Oak Ave, and the John C. Flanagan House Museum will be on your left at 942 NE Glen Oak Ave. Make sure to follow any bike lanes and traffic signals for safety.
