From downtown Moline, IL, head east on 16th St toward 7th Ave. Turn left onto 7th Ave and continue for about 2 miles. Merge onto I-74 E and follow for approximately 6 miles. Take exit 1A for US-67 N toward Coal Valley. Continue on US-67 N for about 5 miles, then turn right onto Niabi Zoo Rd. The zoo will be on your left at 13010 Niabi Zoo Rd, Coal Valley, IL 61240. Parking is available on-site, and there is typically no fee.

If using public transport, take the MetroLINK bus service from downtown Moline. Board the Route 30 bus towards Coal Valley. Once you reach the Coal Valley stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach Niabi Zoo.
