The Hennepin Canal Parkway State Park Visitor Center is located near Sheffield, Illinois. From I-80, take Exit 45 and turn south onto Route 40. The Visitor Center is one mile south of I-80, just west of Route 40. Follow the brown sign directing you to the Parkway Visitors Center. Parking is free and plentiful.
