From River Bend, head southwest on River Bend Rd until you reach the intersection with IL-2. Turn left onto IL-2 and continue south for approximately 5 miles. Then, take a right onto IL-116 E and continue for about 10 miles. Finally, merge onto I-74 E and follow the signs for Mahomet. Take exit 174 for US-150 E toward Mahomet. After exiting, continue on US-150 E for about 4 miles. Turn right onto S Lake of the Woods Rd, and you will arrive at Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, located at 109 S Lake of the Woods Rd, Mahomet, IL 61853.
