Getting There

• Public Transit

  Start by finding the nearest METRA train station in Schaumburg. Board the 'Northwest Line' train heading towards Chicago Union Station. Once at Union Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the 'State/Lake' subway station. Take the 'Brown Line' subway towards Kimball, and disembark at the 'Merchandise Mart' station. From there, walk east towards State Street, then head north for about 6 blocks until you reach Holy Name Cathedral at 735 N State St.

  Locate the nearest bus stop that services the Pace bus routes in Schaumburg. Take the Pace bus route 606 towards 'Schaumburg Metra Station'. At the Schaumburg Metra Station, transfer to the METRA 'Northwest Line' towards Chicago Union Station. Upon arrival at Union Station, transfer to the 'Brown Line' subway and ride to the 'Merchandise Mart' station. Exit and walk east towards State Street, then head north for approximately 6 blocks to reach Holy Name Cathedral at 735 N State St.
