From Waukegan, head to the nearest Metra station, Waukegan Station, located at 2 N. Genesee St. Take the Union Pacific North Line train towards Chicago. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride for about 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Howard' station. After exiting the train, transfer to the 'Red Line' subway at the Howard station. Take the southbound train towards 95th/Dan Ryan for 6 stops. Get off at 'Wilson' station. From Wilson station, exit and walk south on Broadway Avenue for about 5 minutes. The Green Mill will be on your left at 4802 N Broadway.

From downtown Waukegan, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Pace bus route 565, located at the corner of Genesee St and Washington St. Board the bus heading towards the 'North Chicago' station. After a short ride, transfer to the Pace bus route 250 at the North Chicago station. Take the 250 bus towards 'Green Bay Rd & Waukegan Rd', which will drop you off at 'Howard'. From there, walk to the Howard station and catch the 'Red Line' subway heading south towards 95th/Dan Ryan for 6 stops. Get off at 'Wilson' station, and walk south on Broadway Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach The Green Mill at 4802 N Broadway.
