Walking
If you are starting from the Agartala Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn left and walk along the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the GB Road. Cross the road and continue straight. You will pass several local shops and eateries. After about 300 meters, take a right onto Gorkhabasti Road. Walk straight for another 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to Heritage Park on your left.

If you are at the Agartala Bus Stand, exit the stand and turn right onto the road in front of you. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the GB Road. Cross the road and continue straight. After about 300 meters, turn right onto Gorkhabasti Road. Heritage Park will be on your left after approximately 1 kilometer.

If you are near the Ujjayanta Palace, exit the palace grounds and head towards the main road. Turn left and walk along the road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the GB Road. Cross the road and turn right. Walk straight for about 300 meters, then take a left onto Gorkhabasti Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Heritage Park on your left.
