From Agartala Railway Station, head south towards the main road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with City Center Road. Turn left onto City Center Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Chandra Mahal Road. Walk straight for about 300 meters; you will see the entrance to Rajbari Lake Garden on your left.
