If you are starting from the Agra Fort, head out of the fort’s main entrance and turn left onto the road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Fatehpur Sikri Road. Turn right onto Fatehpur Sikri Road and continue to walk for approximately 500 meters. You will pass by several local shops and eateries. As you walk, keep an eye out for the Jama Masjid’s distinctive minarets ahead. After about 500 meters, take a left turn into Dadupura. Continue walking straight for another 200 meters, and you will find Jama Masjid on your right.

If you are near the Taj Mahal, exit the Taj premises and head towards the main road, Shilpgram Road. Turn left and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Fatehpur Sikri Road. Turn right onto Fatehpur Sikri Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs pointing towards Dadupura. After about 1 kilometer, turn left into Dadupura and walk straight for 200 meters; Jama Masjid will be on your right.

If you prefer to take a rickshaw, find a rickshaw stand nearby, which you can find around popular tourist spots like the Taj Mahal or Agra Fort. Tell the driver you want to go to Jama Masjid in Dadupura. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the mosque, but ensure you have the address handy – '3MV6+WV9, Dadupura, Fatehpur Sikri'.

You can take a local bus from the bus station in Agra. Look for buses heading towards Fatehpur Sikri. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Fatehpur Sikri bus stop, ask locals for directions to Dadupura. It's a short walk of about 500 meters from the bus stop to Jama Masjid.
