Walking
If you're near the Taj Mahal, start walking towards the entrance to the East Gate. From there, head towards Fatehabad Road. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Howard Plaza Hotel on your left. The UP Handicraft Palace is directly opposite the hotel at 18, 149A, Fatehabad Road.

Find a nearby auto-rickshaw stand. Tell the driver to take you to 'Howard Plaza Hotel on Fatehabad Road'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the hotel, the UP Handicraft Palace will be right across the street. Just cross the road to reach it.
