Take a local bus from Aizawl to Saitual, which is the nearest town to Rulchawm. From Saitual, hire a local taxi or Sumo to reach Rulchawm village, approximately 3 km away. Bus fares from Aizawl to Saitual range from ₹80 to ₹120. Sumo or taxi fare from Saitual to Rulchawm will be around ₹200 to ₹300.
Walking
Once you arrive in Rulchawm village, Rulchawm Kua is within walking distance. Ask locals for directions to the historical landmark. The walk is generally easy and takes about 10-15 minutes from the village center.
