Walking
From the Siddheswara Swamy Temple, the falls are a 2 km trek through a dense forest. The path can be slippery, so wear appropriate footwear. The trek takes approximately 30 minutes.
Public Transport
From Tirupati, take a direct bus to Bakarapeta. From Bakarapeta, limited bus services are available to Talakona. Alternatively, hire a taxi or auto-rickshaw from Bakarapeta to reach the falls. Bus fare from Tirupati to Bakarapeta is approximately INR 50-70. Taxi/auto-rickshaw from Bakarapeta to Talakona will cost around INR 300-500.
Driving
From Tirupati, drive towards Bakarapeta. Continue towards Nerabailu village, where Talakona Waterfall is located. The road is generally in good condition but may be narrow and bumpy in some sections. Parking is available near the Siddheswara Swamy Temple. Parking fee is approximately INR 30 for bikes.
