Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the city center of Aurangabad, start at the Aurangabad Railway Station. From the station, head west towards MG Road and walk along MG Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalna Road. Turn left onto Jalna Road and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and eateries along the way. Look for a sign that points towards Mahmoodpura. Take the right turn onto the road leading to Mahmoodpura. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Kham River View Point. Follow the signs and walk another 800 meters until you reach the viewpoint, which is located near the river.

• Auto Rickshaw

  From your hotel or any location in Aurangabad, you can hire an auto rickshaw to take you to Kham River View Point. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Kham River View Point in Mahmoodpura.' The driver will take the most efficient route, which generally involves heading towards Jalna Road and then taking the right turn towards Mahmoodpura. The journey should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, ask the driver to drop you off at the viewpoint area.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  To reach Kham River View Point using public transport, look for a local bus that goes towards Jalna Road. You can board a bus from the Aurangabad Bus Station. Ask the conductor to let you know when to get off at the Mahmoodpura stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Kham River View Point following the roadside signs. It is about a 1-kilometer walk from the bus stop to the viewpoint.
