  • Public Transport

    Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace is accessible via Bangalore's public transportation network. From Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic), take a direct bus to Makkala Koota. Buses depart every 5 minutes, and the journey takes approximately 19 minutes, costing ₹10-₹15. Alternatively, take the metro from Majestic to Krishna Rajendra Market. The metro runs every 10 minutes, with a 4-minute journey costing ₹21-₹30. From either stop, it's a short walk to the palace.

    From KR Market metro station, Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace is a short walk away. Exit the metro station and walk east along Krishna Rajendra Road. After approximately 200 meters, turn left onto Tipu Sultan Palace Road. The palace will be on your left. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
