Tutla Bhawani Waterfall, also known as Tutrahi Waterfall or Titula Dham, is a breathtaking natural retreat located approximately 20 km southwest of Dehri-on-Sone in Bihar's Rohtas district. This hidden gem is a must-visit destination for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.
The waterfall is surrounded by two gigantic mountains, which converge to form a spectacular valley. The Kachhuar river flows through this green valley, with the waterfall cascading down from a height of 180 feet. The waterfall is also known as Dhua Jharna due to the misty, foamy effect created by the falling water.
At the heart of this picturesque location is the Maa Tutla Bhawani Temple, dedicated to Goddess Tutla Bhawani. The idol of Goddess Jagaddhatri Mahismardini Durga is also placed on a platform to the left of the waterfall. The temple's divine aura enhances the charm of the place, attracting devotees and tourists alike. According to historical records, the idol of Maa Tutla Bhawani was installed in the 12th century by King Dev Pratap Dhaval.
