From Chennai Central Railway Station, take the Blue Line subway to Little Mount. From Little Mount, you can take a bus (23C, 47D, 49, 49F, 599) or a taxi/auto-rickshaw to the Chennai Snake Park. The park is located on Sardar Patel Road in Guindy, next to Guindy National Park. Subway fare is approximately ₹27-₹35. Bus fares are typically under ₹20. Auto-rickshaws/taxis from Little Mount will cost around ₹100-₹200.

Taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available throughout Chennai. A taxi from Chennai Central Railway Station to Chennai Snake Park will cost approximately ₹370-₹440 and take around 13 minutes.
