From Raipur, take the road towards Sirpur. Dhaskund Waterfall is located approximately 90 km from Raipur. Drive past Sirpur, and after about 5 km, turn right into the forest area. The road to the waterfall is a temporary path. Be prepared for a slightly rough drive on a forest road. There is space to park vehicles near the waterfall.

Public Transport

Take a bus from Raipur to Sirpur. From Sirpur, hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to reach Dhaskund Waterfall, which is about 5 km away. The local Gram Panchayat may charge a nominal entry fee.

Walking

After arriving at the parking area, walk approximately 150 meters to reach the falls. The approach to the falls involves navigating some rocks. Wear appropriate footwear

The best time to visit Dhaskund Waterfall is during the monsoon season (July to September) when the cascade is at its full glory, or during the post-monsoon season (October to February) for pleasant weather and outdoor activities.Adjacent to the waterfall, visitors can explore the ancient ruins of the Sirpur Buddhist Monastery, an archaeological site dating back to the 6th century. Nearby temples, such as the Bambleshwari Temple in Dongargarh and the Mahamaya Temple in Ratanpur, provide sanctuaries for spiritual solace.
