If you are near a metro station, take the Yellow Line towards Samaypur Badli. Get off at the Central Secretariat station. From Central Secretariat, change to the Violet Line and take the train towards Kashmere Gate. Get off at the India Gate stop. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to India Gate, which is a short 10-15 minute walk straight down Rajpath.
Bus
You can take a DTC bus that goes to India Gate. Look for buses with routes such as 'Route 100', 'Route 102', or 'Route 403'. Get off at the India Gate bus stop. Once you disembark, India Gate will be directly in front of you, just a short walk away.
Auto-Rickshaw
Find an auto-rickshaw in your vicinity and ask the driver to take you to India Gate (Kartavya Path). Most drivers will know the location. The trip should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach, the auto-rickshaw can drop you off right at the entrance.
Walking
If you are near Connaught Place, you can walk to India Gate. Start at Connaught Place and head towards Rajpath. Walk straight down Rajpath for about 2 kilometers. You’ll see India Gate at the end of the road, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Cycle-Rickshaw
If you prefer a slower pace, you can hire a cycle-rickshaw from nearby areas. Just tell the rickshaw puller you want to go to India Gate. The journey can take around 30-40 minutes depending on your starting point, and it’s a nice way to enjoy the surroundings.
