If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Head towards the NH 18 highway. Follow NH 18 for approximately 77 kilometers until you reach Jamshedpur. Once in Jamshedpur, take the NH 16 towards Kharagpur. After about 40 kilometers, take the exit towards Joti Pahari. The cave is located at the coordinates 22.3155° N, 86.6646° E. Ensure to use a GPS for precise navigation. Parking facilities are available near the cave.
Bus
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Ranchi to Jamshedpur. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. From Jamshedpur, you can catch a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Joti Pahari. The local transport should take around 1 hour and cost approximately INR 50-100. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to Joti Pahari.
Train
