From major beach areas like Calangute or Baga, take a bus to Margao; buses are frequent and cost approximately ₹30-₹50. Upon arrival in Margao, hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to Gonsua Lake, located at 7WVG+R55, Fatona, Btalbhati, Gansua, Goa 403708; the taxi fare should be around ₹200-₹300.

For a direct route, book a taxi from your location in Goa directly to Gonsua Lake. Expect to pay around ₹600-₹1000 for a one-way trip, depending on the distance and time of day. Alternatively, use the Goa Miles App to book a cab.

Car

From any beach location in Goa, head towards NH66. If starting from Calangute or Baga, drive south towards Panaji, and at the junction at Porvorim, merge onto NH66 towards Margao. Continue for about 30 km until you see signs for Gansua, then turn left onto the road leading to Gansua. Follow the signs or use a GPS to navigate to Gonsua Lake at 7WVG+R55, Fatona, Btalbhati, Gansua, Goa 403708. Parking is available near the lake, with both free and paid options, including designated spots for disabled visitors.
