From Dabolim Airport, a taxi to Baga Beach takes about an hour, depending on traffic. Taxis are available 24/7 outside the airport. Negotiate the fare with the driver before starting the ride. Alternatively, pre-booked private transfers offer fixed pricing.
Public Transport
To reach Baga Beach from Dabolim Airport by bus, take the KTCL bus 'Calangute – Dabolim Airport via Panaji'. This bus will take you to Calangute in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. From Calangute, Baga Beach is a 20-minute walk. The bus fare is approximately ₹200 (around €2.20). Tickets can be purchased from the driver, but booking online in advance is recommended. Alternatively, take a bus to Mapusa and then another bus to Baga Beach.
Parking
Parking is available near Baga Beach, but it can fill up quickly during peak season. Arrive early or consider alternative transportation. Parking fees vary depending on the vehicle type and duration. For cars, expect to pay around ₹20-₹40 for up to 4 hours, with additional hourly charges. Two-wheelers may cost ₹10 for up to 4 hours. Some parking areas may charge higher rates during peak season.
