Start at the Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) bus station in Paltan Bazaar. Take an auto-rickshaw towards Lokhra. Tell the driver you want to go to Garoghuli Road, near Kaandrang Picnic Spot. Public Bus

From Paltan Bazaar, board a local bus heading towards Lokhra. Buses may not have a specific schedule, so you might have to wait a bit. Inform the conductor that you are heading to Garoghuli Road.
