Walking
From the main entrance of Gwalior Fort, follow the eastern road towards the Man Singh Palace. Continue past the palace, descending slightly. The Chaturbhuj Temple will be visible on your right, a short walk from the Hathi Pol. There are no additional costs for this final approach.

From Gwalior city center, take an auto-rickshaw or taxi to the Gwalior Fort. Specify that you want to go to the main entrance near Man Singh Palace. From there, follow the walking directions. Auto-rickshaws typically cost ₹50-₹100. Entry fee to the fort is applicable.

Drive to Gwalior Fort and enter through the southwestern gate, where vehicles are allowed. Follow the road towards the main fort complex and park in the designated parking area. From the parking area, walk east towards Man Singh Palace and then follow the walking directions. Parking fees are approximately ₹50-₹100. Entry fee to the fort is applicable.
