Gwalior Tour - Same Day Tour to Gwalior From Agra
Full Day Tpur of Gwalior
Matmui, our driver for the day tour, was prompt (actually early) and waited for us patiently in front of the hotel. The car was clean with working seatbelts and good air conditioning for the long, brutal drive to Gwalior due to the heat. He was a very careful and safe driver. When we got there we picked up CJ (Chandra) our guide for the tour of Gwalior. His deep knowledge of the customs and history of Gwalior really brought this off the beaten path part.of India to life. He was an extraordinary guide adjusting pur itinerary to our interests and desires. It turns out that there is much more to Gwalior than just the fort which is impressive in its own right (for example, the museum, maharajah's palace, temples and Jain statues). He arranged for us to have a fabulous lunch at.a five star restaurant. Given the length of the day, we could not have asked for better a better driver and guide.

Our guide Yoginath, was very knowledgable. The car driver Shubham was excellent in navigating through the narrow lanes where cows get the right of way! Gwalior has. a lot to offer- the fort, the temples, the palaces which were all covered in. well planned day.
