Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to Marhi Snow Play Point, start your journey from Manali, which is approximately 50 km away. Take the NH3 road towards Rohtang Pass. The route is scenic but may be challenging due to winding roads and possible snow in winter. Ensure your vehicle is equipped for snow if traveling in winter. Follow the road signs to Rohtang Pass. After reaching the Rohtang Pass, continue for about 10 km until you reach the Marhi Snow Play Point. Parking is available near the site, but there may be a nominal fee.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  You can take a state-run or private bus from Manali to Rohtang Pass. Buses frequently depart from the Manali bus station. The fare is approximately ₹100-₹200 per person, depending on the bus service. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Rohtang Pass, you can hire a local taxi or shared jeep to take you the remaining 10 km to Marhi Snow Play Point. The taxi fare may vary, but expect to pay around ₹500-₹800 for the short trip.

• Shared Taxi

  From Manali, you can also opt for a shared taxi to Rohtang Pass, which typically costs around ₹400-₹600 per person. Shared taxis leave when they have enough passengers (usually 4-6). Once at Rohtang Pass, hire another shared taxi or local vehicle to cover the last stretch to Marhi Snow Play Point. Keep in mind that shared taxis might take longer to depart based on passenger availability.

  For a more comfortable option, consider hiring a private taxi from Manali to Marhi Snow Play Point. This can be arranged through local travel agencies or hotels.
