Walking
Start from the Imphal city center at the Western side of the Kangala Fort. Head north towards the Ima Keithel (Women’s Market). From the market, walk straight towards the main road (Bir Tikendrajit Road). Once you reach Bir Tikendrajit Road, turn right and walk until you reach the junction at the Khoyathong area. At the junction, take a left onto the road leading to Meitei Langol. Continue on this road until you see a sign for RWR6+R24. Follow the signs for Free Hiking Area, which will be approximately a 30-minute walk from the city center.

Public Transport (Auto-Rickshaw)
From the city center, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Meitei Langol. Tell the driver your destination as Free Hiking Area, or show them the address RWR6+R24, Meitei Langol. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach Meitei Langol, ask the driver to drop you off near the hiking area entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Imphal. Start at the city center and head towards the Ima Keithel (Women’s Market). Continue along Bir Tikendrajit Road, then turn left at the Khoyathong junction and proceed to Meitei Langol. The route is approximately 6 km and should take about 30 minutes to cycle.
