Walking
If you are in the city center of Jaisalmer, start by heading towards the main road, Gadi Sagar Road. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the main bus station, which is approximately 1.5 km from the center. At the bus station, ask for directions to Hansua; most locals will know where it is. Once you reach the bus station, board a local bus heading towards Hansua. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Joshira Lake, which is close to Mystic Smiles. From there, follow the signs towards Kallaron ki dhani, which is a short 10-minute walk.
Rickshaw
From the Jaisalmer Fort area, find a local auto-rickshaw (or tuk-tuk). It is common to negotiate the fare beforehand, so ask the driver how much it will cost to get to Mystic Smiles in Hansua. The drive will take around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. The rickshaw will take you directly to Kallaron ki dhani, near Joshira Lake. Make sure to mention the specific location to the driver for a smooth journey.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in Jaisalmer. Start your ride from Jaisalmer Fort and head towards Gadi Sagar Lake. From there, take the road leading to Hansua. The ride is approximately 7 km, and you will pass through some scenic parts of the desert landscape. Follow the signs to Joshira Lake; once you reach the lake area, look for Kallaron ki dhani, which is nearby.
Horse Cart
A unique way to experience Jaisalmer is to hire a horse cart (also known as a tanga) from the city center. You can negotiate a price for a ride to Mystic Smiles in Hansua. The journey may take about 30-40 minutes, and you'll enjoy a leisurely pace while taking in the sights of the desert. Inform the driver to take you to Kallaron ki dhani near Joshira Lake.
