Start from the main market area in Trikuta Nagar. Head towards the main road (Jammu-Srinagar National Highway 44), which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Walk along the main road until you reach the Gorkha Nagar area. From here, you should look for signs pointing towards Bahu Fort, which is located on a hilltop. The fort is approximately 2 kilometers from Gorkha Nagar. Continue walking uphill; the path is well-trodden and will lead you directly to the fort entrance. The total walking distance from Trikuta Nagar is about 3.5 kilometers and may take around 45-60 minutes.

Auto-Rickshaw
From Trikuta Nagar, find a local auto-rickshaw stand or flag one down on the street. Inform the driver that you want to go to Bahu Fort in Gorkha Nagar. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare for the auto-rickshaw should be approximately ₹50-₹100, so make sure to carry cash. The driver will drop you off at the base of the fort, from where you can walk uphill to the entrance.

Cycle-Rickshaw
You can also opt for a cycle-rickshaw if available in the area. Similar to the auto-rickshaw, you’ll need to negotiate a fare. It may cost around ₹30-₹70.
