If you are in the city center of Jammu, start at Raghunath Temple. From there, head southwest on Raghunath Bazaar towards the intersection with Residency Road. Turn right onto Residency Road and continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Indira Chowk. At Indira Chowk, take the second exit onto the Jammu-Akhnoor Road (NH144). Walk along this road until you reach a small junction with signs pointing toward Karan Nagar. Turn left onto Palace Road. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see Raj Bhavan on your right side, identified by its distinct architecture.

If you prefer to take an auto-rickshaw, find one at any major market area such as Raghunath Bazaar or Indira Chowk. Inform the driver that you want to go to Raj Bhavan, Karan Nagar.
