If you are traveling by car, start from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Take NH 18 towards Jamshedpur. After approximately 60 km, take the exit towards Hazaribagh/Parasnath. Follow the signs towards Hazaribagh and continue for about 40 km until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Masmohna. Continue on this road for about 15 km, and you will arrive at Masmohna View Point (HFP2+FHJ, Masmohana, Jharkhand 829101). Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as there are limited petrol stations along this route.

Public Transportation
To reach Masmohna View Point using public transportation, start from Ranchi. Board a bus from the Ranchi Bus Stand to Hazaribagh. The fare is approximately INR 150-200. After reaching Hazaribagh, take a local taxi or an auto-rickshaw to Masmohna, which will cost around INR 300-400 for a shared ride. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand if you're taking a private auto-rickshaw. The distance from Hazaribagh to Masmohna is about 40 km.

If you have reached the nearest village or town to Masmohna and do not have a vehicle, you can hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to drop you off at the foot of the Masmohna View Point. From there, you may need to walk a short distance (approximately 1 km) on a small trail leading up to the viewpoint. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the trail can be steep and uneven.
