If you are driving to Tagore Hill from Ranchi, start at the Main Road in Ranchi and head towards Morabadi Road. Follow the signs to Morabadi and continue until you reach Van Vrindavan Colony. Tagore Hill is located at Morabadi Rd, Van Vrindavan Colony, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834008. There is parking available near the hill. The distance from the Ranchi city center to Tagore Hill is approximately 5 km and should take around 15-20 minutes.
